Carmean Louise Douglas was born November 7th, 1959 in Niles Michigan to Byron and Daundra (Holcomb) Webster and passed from this life March 5th at 4:52 a.m. at the age of 58.
Carmean was a Witty, Eccentric, Entertaining, Empathetic and Understanding person. She loved making sure things and people were taken care of; she was a mom to everyone, young and old. She never thought about herself, never said "No" when she was asked for help.
Carmean loved to Garden, Crochet, Paint and take care of her cats. She gets 90% of her garden decorations at estate and garage sales that she liked to frequent. She loved to haggle down to a bargain price. In early spring she liked to frequent the Garden and Herb festivals together with her daughters and granddaughter. Deciding which plants and seeds she wanted for that summer.
When it came to crocheting, she could be found in her chair creating her next hat, scarf, headband or stuffed animal creation or picking up supplies at the local Walmart fabric section or Hobby Lobby. Pretty much any pattern mom had for something, she would tweak it and make it her own. She never followed a pattern when making things, she didn't need to. Usually after spending a few hours crocheting she would relax in her chair with her cats Whiskers and Tabby. Have a beer, veg out, then head to bed and squeeze in with her other two cats Sammie and Snickers, and her husband, Kelly.
Carmean always put a smile on the faces of most people she came in contact with. If you didn't leave with a smile on your face, you probably deserved it.
Carmean was preceded in death by her father Byron Webster and her ex-husband Bob Statler.
She is survived by her four children; Jeremiah, Samantha and her husband Joe, Kristina and her fiance Dan, and her youngest son, Kelly. Her sisters Victoria and Shonie. Her loving Husband, Kelly and her parents Bud and Daundra Baker. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren; Kelsey, Karissa, Ana, Aleigha, Abi, Jack and Liam.
Memorial Services will be Monday, March 12, 2018 at 5:00pm at Green Hill Funeral Home of Owasso Chapel.
