Obituary of Stanley Junior James

Stanley J. James was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on October 26, 1935 to William and Ima James. He passed away August 11, 2016 at the age of 80. Stanley worked as a fork lift driver at Rogers Galvanizing and lived in Sapulpa, Oklahoma with his daughter Terri and her husband Joe Rogers. Daughters Terri, Renelle and Wendy along with Stanley’s sister Virginia took care of him during his illness. He enjoyed fishing and liked to work on cars. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents William and Ima James; brothers Leonard James, William James and David James. He is survived by daughters Wendy Wickam, Terri Rogers and Renelle Davis; wife Yvonne James; stepchildren Dena Suddath, Eric Jones and Greg Jones; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, August 15, 2016 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is from 1-8 pm on Sunday at Green Hill.
