Obituary of Richard Paul Papa

Richard Paul Papa of Sapulpa also known as "Papi" took his first breath on the beautiful Tuesday morning of May 7, 1946 in Cambridge MA. He passed at the age of 70 around 12:50 am Thursday, January 5th in the early morning. He was motorcycle lover, sweet talking, easy going, dog loving, Harley Davidson rider! His wife Joyce, his family, and his bike were the only things that he needed in this life. A legend, most of us would call him. Others would just simply say he was one of a kind, and that he was! There will never be another like "Pops". He could make you smile any given day. He was loved by so many his memory will forever be alive. He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce and mother Angela Papa. He is survived by his daughters Sheila Lombardo of Tulsa, Angel Papa of Sapulpa, and son Richard Papa of Sapulpa; his nieces, nephews, brothers, and sisters that live out of town; his grandchildren Cassy Wyckoff, Paige Annunziata, JaQuesha Spencer, Breanna Evitt, Jessica Smoot, Mikel Salvant, Dante Sousa, Anthony Papa, DaKayla Adams, Devin Adams, Darius Adams, DaKira Adams, Amaree Papa, Chase Ward, Cody Keeling Jr, Ellie Annunziata, Tiontae Banks, Jaden Banks, Renly Annunziata, Kyle Evitt III, Lily Wyckoff, Chloe Lang, and Desmond Richardson. Richard had the biggest, loving heart a man could have. He touched many lives but is now dancing a dance of victory in the Heavens above. He has made it to the King! Services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church. Visitation is from 9 am until 8 pm Tuesday at Green Hill Funeral Home. The family has entrusted the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home. 9182242312/www.greenhillok.com
