Obituary of Esther Colleen Wilson

Esther “Colleen” Wilson went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2017 at the age of 88. She was born in Sapulpa, OK on February 18, 1928 to parents Earnest Orville Ritchie and Mary Elizabeth (Parks) Ritchie. Colleen lived in Sapulpa, OK all of her life. She touched many lives and was a grandma to all. She worked and retired from Liberty Glass. She loved gardening, quilting, taking care of grandkids and was active in church throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and 9 siblings. She is survived by two siblings Gracie Haney of Kellyville and Delbert Ritchie of Sapulpa; children, Charlene Coplen of Glenpool, Ralph Holmes of Sapulpa, Harrison Wilson and wife Debbie of Sapulpa; Grandchildren Sandy Hall, Gary Coplen, Shawn Holmes and wife Dawn, Chanda (Wilson) Jones and husband Travis, Maranda (Wilson) Lay and husband Jodie, Cory Wilson and Kelley Smith, Dustin Wilson and wife Alisha; great grandchildren Taylor Rector, Caleb Jones, Addison Lay, Cullen Jones, Chloe Jones, Nathan Wilson, Jordan Holmes, Jaiden Holmes, Gracie Holmes, Colten Hall and Ryder Wilson. She had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Colleen spent her days loving and taking care of her family. Her family will miss her greatly and will cherish the love they shared and memories always. Funeral Services are scheduled at 11:00 am Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel.
