Obituary of Ronnie Joe Spears

Ronnie Joe Spears, age 70, of Gore, Oklahoma departed this life Thursday, October 26th, 2017.  He was born August 8. 1947 to Austin and Geneva Spears in In Gore, Oklahoma.  He was the baby of four children. 

Ronnie enjoyed camping, fishing, horse racing, hunting and spending holidays with his family.  He looked forward to spending the summers at Ft. Gibson Lake. While his children were growing up he often took midnight fishing trips with his wife and children.  His kids and later his grandkids looked forward to the summer camping trips.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 34 years, Lilo Spears; twin sons Ronnie and Ronald Spears; parents Austin and Geneva Spears; brother Ray Spears; and sisters Janice Terrell and Darlene Terrell; his Shih Tzu “Max,” a companion of 14 years and family pet Pitbull, “Dutchess”.  He leaves behind his daughter Rhonda Myers and her husband Chad; son Mike Flora and his wife Karen; son Steve Flora and his wife Lori; son Jesse Flora; 8 grandchildren; girlfriend Vielenna Shaddix and her children and grandchildren; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at White Chapel Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma with burial to follow.  Visitation is scheduled Monday October 30, 2017 at Green Hill Funeral Home in Sapulpa.
