Obituary of Alisa Dawn Cue

Alisa Dawn (Snodgrass) Cue, born November 11, 1959 in Sapulpa OK to Glenda Jane (Crayton) Powell, died peacefully on December 5, 2017, at her home in Sapulpa OK.  She was surrounded by her loved ones as she left this world for her heavenly home.

Alisa attended Sapulpa High School, where she met and later married her husband Ollie Cue on September 27, 1980.  They were married for 37 years and had one child, Audrey Cue, a cherished daughter and mother of their two grandchildren, Ashlyn Shepard and Christian Cue.  Alisa had a special relationship with her grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them.  They brought great joy and purpose to her life.

Alisa was outgoing and loved working with people.  She worked for AT&T for over 22 years, receiving many awards and recognition for top sales and outstanding customer service.  She was genuinely interested in everyone she met and had a knack for making them feel as if they were the most important person in the world.  She loved hosting family gatherings and made everyone feel welcome.

She had an unwavering faith in God.  She attended Canyon Road Baptist Church and served in many roles.  Her passion was teaching Sunday School and helping with Vacation Bible School.  Alisa came to know and understand the love of Jesus through Sunday School and desired to impact others for Christ in the same way.  She also enjoyed working alongside her husband in Sunday School and Children's Church.  She sincerely loved and cherished her church family.

Alisa will be greatly missed by her family, friends, church, and all who knew her.  The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support from so many people.  A special thank you to her best friend, Denise Horton, and brother in law, Terry Cue, for their time and tender loving care.

She is survived by her husband, Ollie Cue; daughter, Audrey Cue; grandchildren, Ashlyn Shepard and Christian Cue, all of Sapulpa, OK.  Her two brothers, Patrick (Bonnie) Estabrook of Bismarck, ND; Bryan Neal Powell and (Crystal Pridmore) of Sapulpa; Her brother and sister in laws;  David (Lorrie) Cue, California, Danny Cue, Terry (Janie) Cue , and Alice (Russell) Johnston, of Oklahoma.  Her precious nieces and nephews; Mitchell (Lynsey) Estabrook; Crystal (Monty) Ell, and Melody (Brandon) Foley; all of Bismarck ND; Keyla Powell, Hailey Powell, Ryan Powell, all of Sapulpa.  Myles Cue; Jenny (Jason) Forshee, Ben (Nicole) Cue, Jordan Cue, Susan Cruz, Kelly (Chad) Wilson.  Her dear aunts; Evelyn Reed, Francis Wing, Bonnie Heath and uncle, Delbert Crayton.  Alisa was preceded in death by her mother, Glenda Jane (Crayton) Powell, step-father Keno Powell and grandparents Henry and Fayonia Crayton.
