Billie Jack Fritts Age 65 of Owasso, passed September 28, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. He was born November 11, 1951 in Owasso, Ok to parents Jack and Mable Fritts. Billie graduated from Owasso High School and went on to serve in the Army for 4 years in Alaska. Upon his return he went back to welding and fitting. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, tending to his cattle and Sunday family dinners. Billie built a house on the land he grew up on surrounded by family. He raised 2 children Shawn and Melissa and has a son in law Tommy Jacks with 3 grandchildren Jacob, Hunter and Elizabeth, who proudly called him "Papa Cow". Proceeded in death by Jack and Mabel Fritts, brothers John Fritts of Collinsville, Orville Fritts of Owasso, Sister Ida Mae and Husband Earl Jacobs of Springfield, MO; Niece Sharon Fritts, Karen Borgomiller. Great Nephew Nathan Fritts. Uncle Dub Bryson, Aunt Mildred and Lauren Turner, and Uncle Burel Weatherford. Survived by: Daughter and Son in law Tommy and Melissa Jacks. His grandchildren Jacob, Hunter and Elizabeth Jacks, his Son Shawn Fritts. His Brothers Charles and Wife Sarah Fritts, George and Wife Susan Fritts, Sister in law Joann Fritts. Aunt Mattie Bryson, Uncle Albert Weatherford and many Nieces and Nephews and their families.
