Joyce Gail Ramsey, 1950-2025

Joyce Gail Ramsey, 74, of Schulter, Oklahoma, died in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 28, 2025.  

She was born in Bixby, Oklahoma on August 25, 1950 to Evertt Kern Lambert and Elsie Marie Metcalf.

Gail graduated from Bixby High School on May 23, 1968. She was married to Wayne Ramsey for 53 years.

Gail wanted to be remembered for the love of her dogs.

Gail is preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Wayne Ramsey, her parents, Evertt Kern Lambert and Elsie Marie Metcalf.

Survived by her only son, Jeremy Wayne Ramsey, and wife, Sellena Ramsey. Grandchildren: Ciara Bruce and Garrett Bruce, Cousin Kathy Sechrest, spouse, Lonnie Sechrest, and “niece” Kara Spencer along with many friends and fur babies.

You are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Green Hill for Wayne and Gail Ramsey, planned for March 6, 2025, at 2pm, with a program including music, officiating, and refreshments, and you are requested to bring music if desired.
