Jennifer Lee Bartlett

Jennifer Lee Bartlett, 71, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, at St. John’s.

Born on September 3, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jennifer was the daughter of Emagene and Autry Salyers. She graduated from East Central High School, where she was a proud member of the synchronized swim team, and later attended Oklahoma State University.

Jennifer dedicated over 35 years of her professional life to Ellsworth Motor Freight Lines, which later became Trimac, where she served as a Billing Supervisor until her retirement.

A true sports enthusiast, Jennifer’s love for athletics was evident throughout her life. She played co-ed softball with her husband, Bernie, and took great joy in cheering on her children and, later, her grandchildren at countless games and events. Watching sports on TV with family was one of her favorite pastimes.

Her passion extended beyond sports. Jennifer had a green thumb and tended a beautiful plant collection. She loved nature—especially the water, butterflies, birds, and her beloved cats. She found great joy in travel, creating cherished memories with her family.

Jennifer was known for her kind and giving heart. She welcomed everyone, showed deep empathy for others, and lived a life full of love and generosity. Even in passing, she gave the gift of life as an organ donor.

Jennifer is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Bernard “Bernie” Bartlett of Owasso; her children: Brittany Enzbrenner of Tulsa, Zach Rogers and wife Katy of Owasso, Matt Bartlett of Owasso, and Ashley Fuss and husband Trey of Owasso; her cherished grandchildren: Emagene Fessler, Ella Enzbrenner, Eden Enzbrenner, Elijah Enzbrenner, Jackson Rogers, Stella Rogers, Maddox Fuss, Seigan Snyder, and Makenna Fuss; and great-grandchildren: Coen Fessler and Iva Fessler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emagene Salyers and Autry Salyers; her sister, Brenda Williams; and her beloved cat, George.

Per the family’s wishes, a private service will be held, with a Celebration of Life planned at a later date.
