Theodore Davison Obituary

 


Theodore (Buck) Davison was born the sixth child of Henry T. and Zephaniah (Harring) Davison in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Theodore attended South Haven Elementary/Middle School.


 


Theodore attended and was baptized at Greater Cornerstone Baptist Church in South Haven, under the leadership of Rev. Simms and Rev. Jeffries.


 


Theodore attended Daniel Webster High School and after graduation he moved to Santa Ana California where he met and married Alvina (Ward) Davison, and from this union they had one son Sean Davison.  


 


Theodore served in the United States Army in Vietnam. After his service to his country, he spent 23 years in construction and 5 years as a commercial truck driver.


 


After retirement, Theodore moved back home to Tulsa, where he was faithful in mowing and the upkeep of the family property in South Haven.


 


Theodore was preceded in death by his parents Henry T. Davison, and Zephaniah Davison, two brothers Henry T. Davison Jr., William (Bill) Davison, sister Dorothy J. Hawkins.


 


Buck leaves to cherish his memory 1 son Sean Davison, 3 grandchildren, 8 brothers Leslie B. Davison (Lillie), James (Mack) Davison, Bobby Davison, Wendell Davison (Sabrina), Irvin Davison, Donnie Davison (Toywanna), Dwight Davison, and Lester Davison, 1 sister Estella Hamilton, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
