Marcia was born on January 14, 1943, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Priscilla and O’Neal Zeigler. She was raised in a home filled with love, strength, and unwavering support, which shaped the woman she would become. From an early age, Marcia exhibited a warm spirit, a kind heart, and a special gift for bringing comfort and joy to everyone she encountered.
Whether it was her infectious laughter, her caring nature, or her ability to turn any moment into a cherished memory, she was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She attended Booker T Washington High school, where she excelled academically and built lifelong friendships. A hardworking and ambitious individual, she pursued a career at Tulsa public schools as a special education teacher, where her dedication and passion left a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike. She was deeply committed to her children and grandchildren, always striving to make a difference and leave a positive mark on the world.
Marcia was a woman of many passions. She found great joy in praying and reading her Bible, drawing strength and peace from her faith. She also loved sewing and cooking, using her hands and heart to create for those she loved. Whether she was preparing a warm meal or sewing something special for a family member, Marcia embraced every moment with enthusiasm, generosity, and love. Her nurturing spirit and devotion to her family and friends.
Marcia was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She cherished every relationship and was a constant source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support to all who knew her. Her love knew no bounds, and she took great pride in being a loyal mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Marcia leaves to cherish her memory her loving spouse, Jame Zeigler; her siblings, Samuel Zeigler, Hakim Zeigler, James Zeigler, Jean Zeigler, and Michael Zeigler; her children, Michelle Revels, Terrance Williams, Marichael Williams, Marisha Williams, and Morlike Williams; along with a host of loving grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Priscilla and O’Neal Zeigler; her spouse, James Williams; and her siblings, Samuel Zeigler, Hakim Zeigler, and Jean Zeigler. We take comfort in knowing they welcomed her with open arms. Though the pain of her loss is overwhelming, we find peace and solace in the cherished memories she leaves behind.
Her spirit will live on in every shared story, every echo of laughter, and every act of love inspired by her example. We will forever carry her in our hearts.
Graveside Services will be held at Green Hill Memoiral Gardens at 2 pm on Friday, December 26, 2025. Arrangements are in the care of Green Hill Funeral Home.
