William Earnest Bartholomew, 42, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on March 4, 2026. William was born on December 1, 1983.

William will be remembered for his kind heart and the way he could light up a room with a good story. He had a deep love for superheroes—especially Superman—and carried that childlike wonder throughout his life. Whether he was watching movies or sharing one of his many stories, William had a way of bringing imagination and laughter to those around him.

He was someone who genuinely loved to help others and was always willing to lend a hand. More than anything, William loved his daughters with all his heart. They were his greatest joy and the light of his life.

William is survived by his beloved daughters, Kahleesi Bartholomew (11) and Kortana Bartholomew (9) and their mother Kamisha Bartholomew.

His loving parents, Margaret Long and Walter Bartholomew, and his step-mom Chastity Bartholomew.

 Oldest sister Rebecca Bordwine, her daughter Hannah, son’s Nicholas and Christian, and their father Jeramie Bordwine.

 Younger Brother Joshua Bartholomew, his wife Ashley Bartholomew, and their sons Ashton Bartholomew, Trey Bartholomew, and Jaxton Bartholomew.

 Along with his step-sister’s Avri Willis, Tia Crawford, and Samara Bartholomew.

 Grandparents Carl and Barbara Bartholomew; his Aunt Angie and Uncle Jeremy McGill, cousins Cody McGill and Kelsea McGill.

Brother from another mother, “Cowboy” Charlie McGuire and his family along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service to celebrate William’s life will be held on March 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Green Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in Owasso, Oklahoma. In honor of William’s love for superheroes, family and friends are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero shirts instead of traditional black attire.

William’s memory will live on through the stories he shared, the laughter he brought into every room, and the love he carried so deeply for his family—especially his daughters. Those who knew him will remember his big heart, his willingness to help others, and the joy he found in the simple things he loved. Though he is gone far too soon, the love he gave and the memories he created will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
