Linda Louise Yates (Bolin) was born on March 18, 1961, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to parents Don and Peggy Bolin. She passed away on April 4, 2026, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

She served in the United States Army and Army National Guard for a total of four and a half years. She was discharged from Ft. Sill on December 8, 1980, from OK Guard on January 4, 1994, and Ft. Hood on December 26, 1996.

During that time, Linda met and married Glenn Allen Yates on January 3, 1992 in Pretty Water, Oklahoma. She had one son, Carey Neil Bolin.

She is preceded in death by her parents Don and Peggy Bolin, husband Glenn Allen Yates, and nephew Michael Lee Bolin.

Linda is survived by her son Carey Neil Bolin, sister Karen Gray and husband B.J., and her brother Wayde Bolin.
