Charles Larry Smith was born in Logan, West Virginia on October 29, 1945, to Charles May Smith and Doris Jean Smith.  On Tuesday April 14, 2026, Larry passed away at the age of 80.

Larry served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965 -1968.  Larry also worked for Kerr Glass and Ball Glass for over 35 years before retiring. He married Betty Jean Smith in 1992, and they were married for 33 years.

He enjoyed watching baseball, football, basketball and being a part of Vets That Matter of Sand Springs, OK.

Larry is survived by his wife Betty, son's Todd (Lori) and Eric, stepson Tim (Donna), stepdaughter Lynn, and grandchildren Alicia, Tanner, Hunter, Bradi, Shaun and Brandon.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
