Ray Don Linnet was born on February 10, 1934 in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Carl and Lucy (Humphries) Linnet.

Ray married Nina Mae (Walker) Linnet and they had three children. Diane, Shirley, and Steve.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents: Carl and Lucy Linnet, his three brothers; Albert Leroy Linnet, Charles Vincent Linnet, Carl H. Linnet, his three sisters; Virginia Ruth Beaverson, Dorothy Mae Lightner, Elizabeth (Betty) Linnet, his grandson; Steven Hammans, and the love of his life; Nina Linnet.

Ray is survived by his children; Diane Moore and her husband Clarence, Shirley Graham, Steve Linnet and his wife Renee, his grandchildren; Amber Watts and her husband Jeff, Jeremy Rector and his wife Abbie, Ashley Villarreal and her husband Seth, Nicole Box and her husband Ryan, Chris Moore, Renee Moore, Jonathan Moore, his great grandchildren; Taylor Watts, Britton Rector and Collins Rector, Wesley Villarreal, Gabbie Widener, Willow Box.

Ray was the hardest working man many of us have ever known. He enjoyed camping at the lake, watching movies, and spending time with the people he loved most who knew him as Papa. He was an avid storyteller who loved sharing memories from childhood, jokes, and wisdom, and his stories will always be cherished by those lucky enough to have heard them. More than anything, Ray cherished his time with his family and the life he shared with Nina. We find comfort in knowing he is reunited with her once again.

His love and wisdom will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who had the privilege to know him.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Jun 4 at 10:00 AM at Green Hill Memorial Gardens 400 East Teel Road, Sapulpa. Ray's Final Resting Place at Green Hill Memorial Gardens 400 E. Teel Rd., Sapulpa. Services are in the care of Green Hill Funeral Home.
