Our funeral home accommodates every person that walks through our door with our unique brand of personalized care.
At Green Hill, our goal is to create and maintain the most beautiful and most complete facility for funerals and interments in Oklahoma. The natural beauty of the Green Country of Oklahoma has been enhanced with many varieties of trees and plants. Dignified lawn-level memorials mark the burial space but leave intact park-like expanses of tranquil green views. Each building and statue on the grounds of Green Hill has been planned to accentuate its surroundings, and offer comfort and serenity to our visitors.
Green Hill offers families many choices, in a single location, in order to save them time, trouble and money when planning funeral services. From complete funeral home facilities and your choice of ground burial, mausoleum, columbarium, to our renowned Veteran’s Garden of Honor and under development, a scattering garden for cremations. Green Hill strives to provide families not only beautiful facilities, but the beauty of many choices as well.
EVERY DETAIL CONSIDERED
We have strived to build our facilities to serve the most important people in the world – our families – with ample parking, an easily accessible chapel and spacious visitation rooms beautifully decorated.
Most importantly, our funeral home is staffed by caring, experienced professionals who are committed to taking care of every detail. We listen carefully to each family, offer a wide choice of services, and arrange services which keep with your families’ traditions and financial means.
We will also help you with the plans for a final resting place. In association with Green Hill Memorial Gardens, we can offer the convenience and cost savings of coordinating all the arrangements at one time, at one place, and with one team of professionals. If preferred, we can also work with any other cemetery to help coordinate your plans.
A CHOICE IN SERVICES
We understand every family’s wishes are different; that’s why we offer choices. Together with the family, we can create a service of remembrance as unique as the individual. We are well-versed in the special traditions of all faiths to meet the needs of each and every family, and will take care of every detail.
For centuries, societies have established rituals to assist in the grieving process and to memorialize those closest to us. As hard as the experience of these rituals may be, they give us time and relationships that help us mourn and grieve in constructive ways.
Funerals offer a time and place for people to gather and support one another; to reach out in love and concern. They allow each participant to grieve in their own way and at their own level, and also help us to see there are others suffering.
Sometimes people believe the best way is to, "get this all over with as quickly as possible." But there is real wisdom in observing the grief process for ourselves and others.
Death and the sorrow that follows, touches a network of people. However, the traditions and rituals we observe help us to understand that no one should suffer sorrow alone.
To honor the memories of our families’ deceased loved ones Green Hill is now developing virtual memorials with slide show presentations. In her book, “Stop Screaming at the Microwave!” author Mary LoVerde writes, “Memories anchor us to the past, strengthens us in the present, and preserves our love for the future.” The virtual memorial allows our families to live, laugh, love and the hardest part, go on living while saying goodbye to someone they cared very deeply about.
A CHOICE IN COSTS
Our wide choice of services allows families to select only those cost which are affordable and meaningful to them. Each service has dignity and personalized attention no matter what the cost. Sometimes people are hesitant to discuss cost, but we want to be open about all aspects of services.
