Obituary of Rex E Mercer

Rex Eugene Mercer passed away December 16, 2016 at his home in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Rex Was born July 22, 1949 in Fairland, Oklahoma to parents James and Ruby (Ball) Mercer. Rex graduated from Nathan Hale High School and married the love of his life and best friend, Marjorie Quinn, on September 18, 1998. He was the owner and operator of Mercer Construction. He enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his family and pets. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Ruby Mercer. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Mercer; and siblings Donna Foster and husband Gary; Jim Mercer and wife Cathy; Fred Mercer; and Larry Mercer. Services are scheduled at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Green Hill Funeral Home. Visitation is Wednesday at Green Hill from 10 am until 8 pm.
