Obituary of Wanda Mae Shamblin

Wanda Mae Shamblin was born to William E. and Lillie (Hughes) Coy on January 1, 1932 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She married Robert Samuel Mangrum and from that union seven children were born. Wanda worked as a medication aide at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home in Sapulpa. She retired in 1993. After Robert passed away in 1998,Wanda moved to Foyil, Oklahoma. In 2003, Wanda married Gerald Shamblin, a retired preacher and moved to Chelsea, Oklahoma. Wanda was an avid gardener and liked to crochet. She thoroughly enjoyed people and always had a smile. But, most of all she loved her family dearly. She is survived by six childrin; Sharon Rose, Linda Sue, Carol Jean, Robert Samuel Jr., John Preston and Carla Ann. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and some great, great- grandchildren.
