Obituary of Dale Eugene Brinkley

Dale Brinkley was born on May 30, 1938 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Mary and Rheuben Brinkley.  He passed away on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at his home.

He married Wanda Brinkley on May 25, 1960. He and Wanda were foster parents for 13 years.

Dale is survived by his wife Wanda, son Dennis and wife Kandy Brinkley of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Son Mike Brinkley of Broken Arrow, and Daughter Dee Dee Brinkley of Collinsville.

He is also survived by six grandchildren. Shane, Victoria, Maddie, Joshua, Kately and Madison, seven great grandchildren Anthony, Trevor, Trinnity, Danny, Charlie, Remington and Lily and over 150 foster kids that called him grandpa.

He is also survived by brothers and sisters Donnie and Chris Marshall of North Richland, Texas, Marvin Brinkley, Ray Brinkley, Donna & Melvin Brinkley, Richard and Marry Ruth Thorme, and Carol and Aubrey Brinkley all of Elk City Oklahoma

He was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Rheuben Brinkley, Sonny and Imogene Todd, Janie and Hubert Brinkley, Mary Beth and Melrose Brinkley, Kenneth Brinkley, and Louise and Troy Brinkley. 




Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Jul 24 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 9901 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso

Visitation will be held on Monday, Jul 23 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 9901 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso

Dale's Graveside Service will take place on Tuesday, Jul 24 at 11:30-12:30 PM at Floral Haven Cemetery 6500 South 129th East Ave, Broken Arrow
