Obituary of Opal Jean Williams
Opal Jean (Jeannie) Williams was born on June 16,1947, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Gene and Pauline Allen. She passed away at her home in Inola, Oklahoma on Monday, April 29, 2019 from pneumonia.
Jeannie graduated from Rogers High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the class of 1966. She married the love of her life Gerald Williams on October 7, 1977. She was the greatest housewife ever. She was also a beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
During her life she suffered the loss of her son and daughter-in-law. One of her biggest disappointments, was due to her ill health, she was not able to help those in need. She was a faithful member of Century Cathedral and the Church of God.
Jeannie had a smile for everyone and could make everyone smile. She loved to tell stories that her grandfather had told her. She would laugh just as hard telling them as she did when he told them to her.
Jeannie is survived by her husband Gerald, two grandchildren Dustin Cox and Samantha Wagner and her husband Jordan. One great grandchild Eli Allen Wagner. One brother Bob Allen and her beloved dogs, Panda Boo, Little Bit, and Crystal.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and son James Eugene Cox.
