Obituary of Ronald Doyle Brasel

Ronald (Ronnie) Doyle Brasel, a retired Licensed Practical Nurse, a veteran and a native resident of Barnsdall, OK, went to heaven December 2nd, 2023 at the young age of 77 at the Journey Home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  The graveside service will be held December 7^th, 2023 at 2pm and he will be laid to rest next to his parents and grandparents at the Ethel Reece Cemetery in Barnsdall, Oklahoma.

Ronnie was born October 9th, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Doyle Brasel and Ida Mae Brasel of Barnsdall, Oklahoma.  Ronnie had a younger sister Vicki Falling that preceded him in death.  Ronnie has two sons Ronald James Brasel married to Liza Brasel of Collinsville, Oklahoma and Mark Allen Brasel married to Sara Brasel of Collinsville, Oklahoma. Ronnie has four grandsons, Caleb James Brasel, Nicolas Brasel, Brent Brasel and RJ Akers.  Ronnie also had one great-granddaughter Lilith Brasel and one great-grandson Hunter Brasel.  Ronnie also had two nephews Chis Falling and TJ Falling and one niece Jenny Falling.

Ronnie graduated Barnsdall High School in 1965 and start furthering his education and went to the Culinary Arts School in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  Ronnie also worked at the Plant in Barnsdall, Oklahoma and Reda Pump in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  He finished off the last 24 years of his career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Heritage Village Nursing Home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  Ronnie is a veteran and served 20 years in the Oklahoma National Guard and retired at the rank of Sergent First Class.

Ronnie loved spending time with his family, playing golf and watch cowboy westerns on TV.  Ronnie was a member of the First Christian Church of Barnsdall.  Ronnie loved being around others and always had a smile on his face.  My dad was a very loving kind man.  Dad, we love you and will miss you very much.
