Paula Ann Billingsly was born in Denny, Arkansas on April 24, 1940, to parents Millard and Minne Clark. She passed away on April 17, 2024, in Bixby, Oklahoma.

Paula got her Associate’s degree in business from TU and TCC. She taught Sunday school for 45 years at Ridgeway Baptist, now known as Foundations Church. She loved peonies, roses, cardinals, sewing, ceramics and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She worked for Marathon Oil for 7 years before her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Minne Clark, grandchild Christopher Crawford, and her husband, Jerry Billingsly.

She is survived by her brother J.R. Clark and wife Lila, children Debra and husband Bobby, Steven and wife Chondra, grandchildren Trent and wife Kayla, Kyleigh and husband Jon, Brittany and husband Jose, Sarah and husband Micah, Christian, Maria and Drew, great grandchildren Emersyn, Grayson, Emilianna, Joseph, Rodney, Daniel, MaryLynn, Hadley, and Luke, who is due any day, nieces Pam and husband William, Karen and husband Matthew, great nieces and nephews Miles, Alise, Greyson, and Gillian, as well as many extended family and friends.
