Obituary of Marilynn Sue Wallace

Marilynn Sue (Foster) Wallace was born on July 4th, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to George and Marie (Clay) Foster. “Sue” passed from this life at the age of 76 on Wednesday, July 1st, 2020 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. Sue was a graduate of Jenks High School Class of 1961. She was a long-time resident of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Sue was a homemaker, she loved being with her family and friends. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, watching her daily soap operas and the Home Shopping Channel. She loved wearing jewelry and there was not a day that went by that she didn’t have a handful of rings on. Sue was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 53 years, Billy “John” Wallace in 2015; and her sisters Clara Mae Fransisco, Wilma Jean Helscel and Kay Cooper. She is survived by her 3 children, son John Wallace and wife Cheryl; daughter Cindy Wheeler and husband Billy; and son Joe Wallace all of Sapulpa. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Kyle Wallace and wife Cassie, Jessica Teague and husband Blaine, Brittany Hernandez and husband Chon, Brandi Edwards and Danny Jones, Dakota Wheeler, Abagail Leathers and husband Curtis, Katrina Wheeler, Ian Wallace, II and Cord Wallace; great grandchildren Easton and Cal Wallace, Kylee Jones and Brenton Jones; and 2 brothers, Frank Foster, Sr. and Russell Foster. The family will gather together for lunch following the service. Private Family Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Jul 7 at 10:30 AM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel 400 East Teel Road, Sapulpa Viewing will be held on Monday, Jul 6 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Green Hill Funeral Home 400 East Teel Road, Sapulpa Marilyn's Final Resting Place is in South Heights Cemetery 1815 S Ridgeway St, Sapulpa .
