Debra K. Flack was born August 13, 1952. She died June 1, 2011. She had worked for SBC/AT&T for 29 years as a Communication Consultant. She is survived by a daughter, Marchelle D. Cook-Henderson; a son, Robert A. Flack, II; three grandchildren, Nathan Carl Cook, Kayla Marchelle Cook and Tyler Joe Brown; and two soon to be great grandchildren Kota Jace Compton and Samus Aran Cook. She is also survived by a sister, Carol Eversole and two brothers, Connie and Donnie Davis of Romney, West Virginia as well as lots of nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. We love you, Mom.

Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, June 6, 2011 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel at 400 East Teel Road, Sapulpa, with Entombment to follow at Green Hill Memorial Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 1PM to 9PM Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the funeral home.
