Jon Patrick Jacobs was born February 1st, 1939 in Jenks, Oklahoma. He passed away Sunday June 26th 2011 surrounded by his family at the age of 72. Jon is survived by his Wife of 53 years: Erika Jacobs. Children: Cherrl Bell, Diane Ojeda, and Jon Jacobs. Grand Children: Nicholas Ojeda, David Jacobs, Kenny Bell, Erika Ojeda, Nichelle Jacobs, Matthew Ojeda, and Steven Bell. Great Grand Children: Alec Kemp, Sebastion Kemp, Meia Ojeda, McKinnon Bailey, and Brycen Bailey. Brothers: James Jacobs, and Wife Lynn, and Twin Don Jacobs, and Beloved Puppy: Abby.
Jon's passing has allowed him to reunite with his Mother: Marion Elizabeth Jacobs, Father: Roscoe Edwards Jacobs, and Brothers: Roger Horton, and Tom Jacobs. Jon served his country as a member of the United States Army for 11 years.
