Margaret M. Davis was born January 9, 1938 in Edna Oklahoma to John Elick Shelton and Mamie Amanda Pullen-Shelton. She Married Arthur E. Davis on August 17, 1955 in Bristow, Oklahoma. She is survived by her 4 Children, Marcia Bradley of Sapulpa, OK, Regina Henson of Bristow, OK, Clifton Davis of Okemah, OK, and David Davis of Sand Springs, OK., 12 Grandchildren including:10 Granddaughters, Missy, Mandy, Taylor, Somer, Lisa, Chloe, Stephanie, Shannon, Jessica and 2 Grandsons, Justin and Elijah. Also surviving her are her 15 Great Grandchildren, which include; 5 Great Granddaughters, Paiden, Samantha, Lauren, Caity, Clarissa and 10 Great Grandsons, Eric, Dawson, Caleb, Aiden, Jaxon, Coltn, Gage, Kaiden, Lane, Levi. Margaret is also survived by 3 Brothers; Wesley Shelton, Leanord Shelton and Donald Shelton and 3 Sisters; Paulina Provence, Corene Campbell, Maxine Stice. Margaret is preceded in death by: her Parents, John and Mamie Shelton, 3 Brothers, Johnny, Junior and Clifford. 2 Sisters, Geneva and Florene.1 Son-in-law Steve Henson and 1 Granddaughter Tasha Henson. Margaret was employed at the Nursing Home in Okemah as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the 1980's. She attended various Pentecostal Churches throughout the moves during her life including the towns of Mounds, Okemah, Sapulpa, Tulsa. Margaret was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in her 30's but remained a vital active member of her family and church throughout the remainder of her life.
