Obituary of BENNIE MITCHON

Bennie (Ben) Mitchon was born to Albert and Margaret Mitchon in Ammonsville. Texas on December 7, 1927. He passed away at his home in Sapulpa on September 20, 2011 in the early morning with his wife, Dixie by his side. Ben served his country in the U.S. Army and among his commendations were the Korean Service Medal and a Bronze Service Star. He was honorably discharged on June 6, 1952. Ben worked for years as a member of the Local 584 Iron Workers Union. Bennie is survived by his loving wife, Dixie Mitchon and a host of other relatives and friends.
