Hazel L. Gleason was finally reunited with the love of her life on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. She was born in Maude, OK on July 8, 1929 to Henry and Ella Mahoney and was raised amongst eight siblings. At the age of 16 she laid eyes on William Gleason and it was love at first sight. They were married on September 21, 1946 in Drumright, OK. Enhancing their love for each other, they began their family, residing in Sapulpa. Hazel was a devoted wife and mother. She dedicated her whole life to raising her four children and following Buddy anywhere his many endeavors led them. She was preceded in death by her husband Buddy; her parents; her five brothers, Junior, J.B., Raymond, Benny and Norman; her three sisters, Mary, Parthenia and Norma; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Talbot Hill. Survivors include her children, David Gleason and wife Carol of Claremore, OK; LaDonna Talbot and husband John of Sapulpa, OK; Bill Gleason of Sapulpa, OK; and Gina MacLean of Tampa, FL; 18 grandchildren and numerous great, and great-great grandchildren.
