Earth has lost a great man but heaven has gained a truly awesome angel. Preach led many of my family members to their final resting place and you could always count on a visit from him if you were in the hospital.
Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I remember hearing Preach at many revivals at North Hiuse FWB. He was always one of my favorites and I was always anxious to hear the family sing!
I worked at St John's until 2009 and there were very few days that I did not see him walking down the hall with his hat on and Bible in hand. I stopped him one day and introduced myself and told him who my parents were. From then on he always stopped me and said hello. The grill servers all knew him as did many other nurses
Preach is going to be missed by many, many people, especially the sick who he visited so much.
MayGod give you peace and comfort knowing that Preach is strolling over heaven with all those who have gone before and is waiting on all of you!

I didn't know Mr Millard McGuire, but I'm a big fan of Jamie McGuire, his granddaughter. I'm very sorry for your loss. It's hard to move on when you feel someone you love isn't here anymore. I know that, by experience. But you must be strong and stay together. It seems he was such a great person. That's all you need to think about. He's better now. Remember him for what he's done in life, with you. Hope you all be okay. It'll all get better in time.

How do you find the words to express what a person meant to you? From the first time I met Preach in revival at Cushing First Free Will Baptist he touched me with his ministry like none other. Church camp was always a blast with him and his family there. Preach was a true warrior for Christ, he not only preached Gods word but he also walked and talked it. I was so sad to hear of his passing and cried many tears at the thought of him being gone, as I'm sure his family has done. Then I thought Preach had went home, to his mansion just over the hilltop received his crown and was welcomed through the gates of that bright city and was told well done my servant. What a day that will be when we too enter the pearly gates.
He hasn't left any of you. With every raindrop that falls, every leaf that blows he will be saying I'm here watching and waiting.
If Preach didn't make it to heaven, I'm not even going to try. Will keep all of you in my prayers.
Forgive me for this being so long.

Even though I never knew Preach very well, I would get a chance to talk with him wihen I was at the church visiting a friend and he would stop in and talk to me about his son the pipefitter, since he knew my husband traveled all over the country as a Union Boilermaker. I always enjoyed our few minutes of visiting. I know he is in a wonderful place now. Rest with the Lord Preach.

Kellyville has lost a friend that always seen the best in everyone. He never met a stranger. I remember listening to his gospel albums with his family. Years later he played his guitar while I sang. I am truly going to miss him but I know he has a new crowd to sing with . God Bless you preach.

We are saddened by your loss but would like to celebrate the home coming of Preach. There was not a man around any more caring than he was. Many people sat in the pew listening to singing and ministering of the family. Myself I raised my 2 children from the age of 2 years to teenagers listening to Preach and I was 17 years of age when I began and was taught at least 38 years, whether laughing or crying you left better than you came. Preach will be remembered in many ways and Praise The Lord we will see him soon.

I grew up listening to this man in many revivals. He could "rock and fire" a sermon like no one I ever heard. Together with the entire family singing, I have never heard such a great blend of gospel music before or since. I know Preach has fought the great fight and is now enjoying his reward. I sure hope my mansion will be close to his. I would love to sit on his front porch and visit with him again. He can tell some stories!
To the McGuire family: I know you are mourning and rejoicing all at the same time. Please know he and all of you touched lives that you will never realize through your years of ministry. I'm sorry I cannot make the home going celebration, but please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time! My mom and dad enjoyed him too and I'm sure have already greeted him.
Regards,
Errol Houston
