Obituary of Jack Dow Dunbar

Jack Dow Dunbar passed from this life on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the age of 75. He was born on January 26, 1940 to Hansel Dow Dunbar and Anna Claire Stiles Dunbar in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He lived in the Sapulpa area for his entire life, graduating from Sapulpa High School in 1958. After high school he served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. Jack received his Associates in Accounting from Tulsa Business College. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol Dean Laughlin Dunbar; his daughter Jacki Denise Dunbar Woods; his grandson Hunter James Woods; his granddaughter Rebecca Anne Woods; his brother Michael Ray Dunbar and wife Sherry Dunbar; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Jeremy Dow Dunbar; his sister Clara Anne Dunbar Rawdon; and his granddaughter Amanda Rene Woods. He was greatly loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 27, 2015 at Green Hill Funeral Home.
