Obituary of Clara Marie Hall

Clara Marie “Jackie” Heath Hall was born in Morland, KS on April 2, 1934. She left to join her husband, Ted E. Hall, in heaven on July 25, 2015, their 56th wedding anniversary. The couple was blessed with 3 wonderful children. Jackie was the daughter of Ralph and Alice Evans Heath of Morland, KS. She was the 2nd child of 7 and grew up on a farm with her 4 sisters and 2 brothers tending to the animals. She graduated high school from Moreland Schools and earned her Teaching Certificate from the State of Kansas in 1953. She met a Construction worker named Ted Hall in Hollyrood, KS while she was working part-time making chili at a diner when she wasn’t teaching. Ted and Jackie were married in 1959 in Palco, KS and began their life traveling in a trailer home to various states where Ted’s construction work sent him. Their first child, Sherri, was born in Boulder, CO in 1961, the second, Chance, was born in Nampa, ID in 1962 and the third child, Kelli, was born in Denver, CO in 1963. Jackie spent her years raising the kids and working part-time teaching, selling Avon and working the Election Voting spot. Over the years she was the Treasurer of the Lafayette Round-up Club, was on a bowling league, in the Redbird Sams’ RV Club, Collinsville chapter and in the Holy Rollers Red Hat club. She loved playing cards and dominoes, watching OU and Baylor Girls Basketball, doing crossword puzzles, making brownies for the grandkids and traveling with her friends to Samboree’s. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Sherri Bindas and husband George, Chance Hall and wife, Joni, and Kelli Brown and husband, Darren; grandchildren, Shanna Marsh, Brittani Harmon, Jenny Sova, Jake, Luke, Seth, Clay, Grace and Justin Hall. Great Grandchildren, Jenna, Claire and Penelope Marsh; Caleb and Caitlyn Sova. Sisters, Marylou Rouhandeh, Betty Chaffin, Dora Jean Barnett and Dorothy Fairchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Preceding her in death, husband Ted Hall; parents Alice and Ralph Heath; brothers, Donnie Heath and Gary Joe Heath; and great grandchild, Layla Grace Marsh.
