Obituary of Annie B Hill

Annie B. (Jones) Hill was carried by the Angels to her Heavenly Home September 12, 2015. Annie was born to Albert and Laura (Patterson) Jones in Los Angeles, California on October 16, 1925. Annie loved helping people. She would feed anyone who came to her door, cooked food to take to the center to feed the hungry, fed all the neighborhood animals and children. The children knew her as “Mother Annie.” Annie loved the Lord and was a true prayer warrior. She loved to pray for people. Her family knew that if she was praying for them that everything was going to be alright. Her family remembers her humming and singing the song “He Keeps Doing Great Things for Me.” Annie’s family and friends loved her very much and she will truly be missed. Annie was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Hill; son Jimmy Lee Hill; parents Albert and Laura Jones; brother A.J. Jones; twin sister Minnie B. Harris; brother Alvin Jones; and sister C.B. Jones. Left to cherish her memory are children Louise Williams; Pauline Brown; C.W. Hill; Donald Eugene Hill; Rochelle Montgomery; Doyce Hill; Willie Hill; Patricia Factory; James Hill; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September21, 2015 at Full Gospel Outreach Ministry (1609 N. Evanston Place Tulsa, OK).
