Obituary of LAURA THOMPSON

Laura Marie Fairchild was born January 13, 1933 in Gary, Indiana to proud parents, Lester and Mary Fairchild. She graduated San Pedro High School in California. At the age of 24 she was set up on a blind date with Franklin Thompson, three months later, they were married. After a year of marriage and the birth of their first child, they moved back to franks home state of Oklahoma, where they raised their two daughters and enjoyed 55 great years together. Laura was preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Julie Womack. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Thompson; her youngest daughter, Susan Stout, her son-in-law, Joe Womack; her five grandchildren, Crystal Wilson, Laura Niemann, jack Womack, Kyle Stout and Regina Stout; her two great grandchildren, Arielle Ormsby and Trez Wilson; her five sibling, Sharon Wilson, Nancy Moore, Judy Kovacevich, Gloria Freeman and Lee Hamilton; and her dear friend Dara wood.
