Obituary of Jo Nell Muir

Jo Nell (Hunt) Muir, age 88, made her journey to Heaven October 13, 2015. Jo Nell was born October 11, 1927 in Menard, TX to Walter Lee Hunt and Blanch Yola (Sloan) Hunt. Jo Nell married Harry Muir on January 17, 1955. She brought two children into the marriage and their union was blessed with a son, completing their family. She enjoyed painting and loved gardening. She grew beautiful flowers and took great care of her garden. She was always ready and willing to help someone. She loved her family and leaves them with beautiful memories. Jo Nell was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Blanche Hunt; and son Paul Hugh Muir. She is survived by her loving husband Harry Muir; son Richard Robertson; daughter Anna Shannon; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds, OK with Pastor Dick Knox officiating.
