Obituary of Buddy Gordon Wilson

Buddy retired from the dump truck business. He was always tinkering in his garage and it was usually with his tractors. He loved to pull tractors as a hobby. Up until his health kept him from pulling you would often catch him and his wife on some track with the tractor club. Buddy loved his wife and kids very much. He was a hard working man and a great Papa to the grandkids. His wife, kids and family will miss Papa very much. Buddy is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosa Lee Wilson of Sapulpa, OK; son Buddy Allen and Tanya Wilson of Sapulpa, OK; daughter Donna McCallie of the home; daughter Terrie Straube of Wagoner, OK; and son Billy and Christie Wilson of Sapulpa, OK. He is also survived by sister Virginia and Joe Mahler of Powell, TN; sister Jane Wilson of Fairland, OK; sister Sharon Wilson-Clemons of Neosho, MO; and brother Gary and Kathy Wilson of Palouse, WA. He is survived by 6 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, and numerous nephews and nieces. The family would like to say thank you to Buddy’s close friend Dale Caldwell. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Caldwell officiating. Casket Bearers will be Buddy’s sons, grandsons and friends Buddy Allen, Billy Wilson, BJ Wilson, Bryan Wilson, Tommy Wilson and Dale Caldwell. Honorary Casket Bearers are his granddaughters Kristen Wilson and Jessie Staube. The family has entrusted the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home. 9182242312/www.greenhillok.com
