Charles E. Frederick was born June 2, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas to parents Richard Frederick and Elva Melton. He went to be with the Lord November 14, 2015. Charles married Belinda Fredrick, who preceded him in death. He is survived by sons Charles Frederick, Jr.; Matthew Frederick; daughters Tamarah Brown; and Jessica Alires; mother Elva Melton; siblings Tammy Earnshaw; Debbie Arnold; Jason Melton; grandchildren Joseph Garcia; Micaela Garcia; Jeffrey Garcia; Jasmine Garcia; Joshua Hanna; Tori Frederick; and many nieces and nephews that he adored dearly. Charles loved his family and enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed gardening, being around his family and going to church. He loved teaching people about the word of God.
