Lamon Morse Shipman, jr. ( Mo Mo, Morse,Pops, Mo & Poppa Mo) of Talihina Oklahoma was born in Camdenton Missiouri to Mildred Ann Shipman (Clark) and Lamon Morse Shipman,SR. On June 30th 1960.
Lamon took Jesus hand and went to his Heavenly reward in the early morning of December 1st 2015 @ the Home of Brian & Amy Monroe (known as his Daughter) South of Bristow, Oklahoma and East of Gypsy Oklahoma. After a battle with Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas. (pancreatic cancer).
He was preceded in Death by his father & mother, Uncle, nephew Ellis Brown jr, and brother in law Richard Gambler.
He leaves behind his Loving Wife Coleen Ann Shipman of 25years of Talihina Oklahoma, His Son Christopher L. Shipman of Talihina Oklahoma.
His Daughter Amy & Brian Monroe & one grandson Levi Monroe.
Sister,Maudie Gambler of Mounds Oklahoma.
Uncle Ken Clark of Camdenton Missouri,And many nieces and nephews, cousins , family & many many friends.
He spent his last months at home with his loving family and chickens, enjoying spouting orders. Blessed by his co-workers of Franklin Electric and Blessed by everyone.
He was beyond a warrior as he battled cancer, never giving up and always having Hope and Faith in his Lord Jesus. He was cured either way.
He was a Man of God. Loving Husband,father,Poppa, Uncle. He Was respectful as long as you was. He was a very Humble man. He could see the good in all people and would take the shirt of his back for you. Open his home to you, give you his own plate of dinner. He Blessed people all his life. He sacrificed for others in need even if if it ment him and his family doing without.treating others as he we like to be treated , Teaching us the same. He was down to earth and a lot of times blunt and straight forward about things.
He was a Loyal Machine mantaince man at Franklin Electric in Wilburton Oklahoma. Where he continued to work, till his ER trip that gave the diagnosis.
