Obituary of Robert Eugene Burdick

Robert Eugene Burdick went to be with the Lord on December 3, 2015. He was born May 15, 1949 in South County, RI to parents Edward Sidney Burdick and Madeline Gladys Bishop, both deceased. He chose truck driving as his profession and he drove a truck for 46 years. He was an owner operator for 8 of those years. He had many friends from California to Massachusetts. He had many hobbies which included building hings, working on houses and telling stories about him growing up. He loved music, camping and collecting ocean nostalgia. He leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Jeraldine K. Burdick; seven children, Richard Burdick and wife Traycie; Christopher Burdick and wife Michelle; Robert Burdick, Jr; Michael Sweet; Christy Glass and husband Nathan; Christina Beck; and Katrina Beck; seventeen grandchildren, Caelob, Mikka, Jacob, Cameron, Sydney, Emily, Zachary, Breanna, Treston, Malory, Breylong, Aalayiah, Christine, Timothy, Dylan, Ryleigh and Donny; two great grandchildren, Shadow and Xander; five sisters, Faith, Shirley, Beverly, Jean and Janet; two brothers, Tom and Eddie; and too many nieces and nephews to name. Services were held at 11:00 am Monday, December 7, 2015 at Praise Fellowship Church. The family entrusted the arrangements to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home. 9182242312/www.greenhillok.com
