Dr Marouk took care of me when I was a first-year student at the osteopathic college in Tulsa. I had an unusual indentation in my skull that defied the imaging studies of the day. Dr Marouk took me to excision, and left a 5 X 6 cm acrylic cranio-plasty in place of the disease. I was un-insured: he forgave me his bill (this in 1984) as a professional courtesy that I never forgot. I remain well because of his generosity, and have gone on to become an osteopathic physician & professor. My gratitude to him, and condolences to his family.

Dr Marouk removed a venous hemangioma from my skull during my 1st spring break at the College (OCOMS in 1984). He was courteous, collegial and forgiving of my debt to him and his skills. Thank you, Dr Marouk

I am very sorry to hear of Armen`s passing. I had the great priveledge of being trained by Armen during my internship and assisting him in surgey at that time and later when I was in practice. Armen was always a gentleman and respected physician and when I spoke to him, out of respect, I would still call him Dr. Marouk. He was and remains an honored Osteopathic physician and a tribute to the profession. I extend my deepest sympathy to all of the family
