Obituary of Jerry W Cochran

Jerry Wayne Cochran, 69, of Kiefer, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 in Tulsa, surrounded by his family. Jerry was born May 13, 1946 in a little green house in rural Sapulpa. Jerry graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1965. He served in the Armed Forces, Army Division for two years. He retired from Darr Equipment. Jerry is preceded in death by his previous wife Judy, and his parents Leroy & Romaine Cochran. He is survived by his wife Bonnie, of the home; his daughter Sheri Conder and her husband Blake of Owasso; step-children Jimmy Carter; Cissy Long; Candy Worrell; Jerri Cody; and Wesley Grubb; and his 14 grandchildren. Jerry is also survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters, all of Sapulpa. They are Jimmie and wife Betty; David and wife Kay; Shirley Cooper and husband Leon; Connie Clostio and husband Bill; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Jerry will be deeply missed by all that ever knew him. Services for Jerry will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Gary Brown will be officiating and the Casket Bearers are Jason Cooper, Mike Gregory, Lee Wilson, Adam Clostio, Todd Merlan and Bobby Cochran. Honorary Casket Bearers are Virgil Romine, Robert Cumby and Gene Keeling. Visitation will from 12-8 pm on Wednesday, February 10th and the family will be at the funeral home to receive friends from 6-8 pm.
