Obituary of Susan K Meyer

Susan K. Meyer of Sapulpa, Oklahoma passed away on February 10, 2016 at home. She was born on January 8, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the 3rd child of Kenneth F. and Alice M. (Stone) Cook. She resided in the Sapulpa area most of her life. She enjoyed woodworking and collecting specialty glass. She is preceded in death by her Parents Ken & Alice Cook, her Brother Kenneth Cook Jr. and her Sister Patricia Farrar and Niece Vickie Cook. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy R. Meyer; son Michael Frank Barclay Jr. & wife Opal of Owasso, Oklahoma, daughter Debra Benson of Sapulpa, Oklahoma & Step Son Ben Meyer of Tulsa, Oklahoma & Step Daughter Kim Kidd of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 6 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren, Brother-In-Law Don Farrar of Texas, Niece Shelly Zink & husband Dan, Nephew Mike Farrar & Wife Nancy, Great Niece Jennifer Cook & 2 great-nephews and other relatives & close friends Jamie Miles, Elaine Donnelly, Jack Cloud, Craig Blackburn, Bill Stickler. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Elks Lodge (24 S. Poplar St. Sapulpa, OK 74066). It is requested that no flowers be sent but instead if you would like to make a donation to the Sapulpa Historical Society Museum or the Sapulpa Animal Shelter in honor of Susan please feel free to do so.
