Obituary of Rita Nichole Radford

Rita “Nikki” (McGuire) Radford was born September 29, 1973 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Arthur McGuire, Jr. and Darlene (King) McGuire. She was the baby of the family. On February 17, 2016 she was taken by Angels to her Heavenly Home. Nikki had a fun and outgoing personality. A strict but very loving, caring mother and was very dedicated to her children. Her family was her life. Nikki made sure her children and family got to do and experience many things. They did everything together from going to the state fair to going to Branson. She loved her family time. She was a thoughtful person and the very best gift giver. She could always find just the right gifts for everyone, even with little money to spend. She liked going to the casino to play the slots, collecting green glass and making crafts. She enjoyed computers and could do most anything on one. She was a night owl and would stay up late at night on her computer. She liked having family get togethers and made the best baked beans and potato salad. Nikki was the family peace keeper and didn’t like to rock the boat. She loved her family and worried about them often. Nikki was preceded in death by her parents Sonny and Maye McGuire; brother Bruce McGuire; sister Cindy Matlock and nephew Brandon Matlock. She is survived by her husband Brian Radford; daughter Marissa McGuire; daughter Ashley Radford; son Zachary McGuire; granddaughter Stormy Richardson; sister Dede Rogers and husband Coleman; Brother Kenny McGuire and wife Lisa; nieces Lacey McGuire; and Heather Colvin; brother-in-law Wayne Matlock; niece Angela Matlock and husband Shannon; nephew Patrick Robison; great nephews Dominic and Aidan Fox; great niece Darian Fox; mother-in-law Thelma Mathison; brother-in-law Chuck Radford; brother-in-law Art Radford and wife Sarah. Funeral Services are scheduled at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds.
