Obituary of Elvis Alberta Goodman

Elvis Alberta Goodman of Sapulpa was born to Alvin and Lillian Gower of Bristow December 21, 1934. She went to Heaven April 12, 2016 to reunite with Richard. Elvis is survived by her five children. Daughter Ginger Shreffler of Billings MT, daughter Janie McBride and husband Gerry of Sapulpa, son Jack Goodman and wife Guila of Verdigris, daughter Glenda Bullock and husband Craig of Sapulpa, daughter Avis Dale of Bristow, nephew Todd Gower and wife Dana of Glenpool, self adopted daughters Jean Shirley and Shelly Summers, sister Ruth Rebstock of Sapulpa, brothers Elzy Gower and Lonnie Gower, both from Sapulpa, sister June Ashley and husband Tommy of Farmington NM, in laws Gene Cearley, Larry Saiz, Mallo Goodman, Keith Goodman and wife Mary and Gwen Goodman. Grandchildren Richard Patrick and wife Dena, Christopher Patrick, Brian Goodman and wife Katie, Jason Patrick and wife Gina, Adam Goodman and wife Meagan, Whitney Cockrum and husband Matthew, Sam Mcbride, DJ Shreffler, Nicholas Dale, step grandchildren, Leah, Ashley, Joseph, and, Benjamin Shreffler, Jenna Coulter,. And numerous great grandkids, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Elvis was preceded in death by her husband Richard of 63 years, parents Alvin and Lillian Gower, sisters Nora Saiz and Lucille Cearley. Elvis loved cooking, baking, bunco and spending time with family and friends. She is famous for her home cooking. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Green Hill Funeral Home.
