Wayne Dean Smith was born August 13, 1933 at Avant, Oklahoma to Odis and Ruby Smith. He was the only child. He graduated from Avant High School.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Shirley Smith of the home, his son, Dennis Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his daughter, Renee Stice of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, one granddaughter, Shawna Stice and three great grandchildren, Colton Banks, Adriana Banks and Braden Banks. He is also survived by Joe Wells who was like another son.
Wayne has touched the lives of many people and will live in our hearts forever. Walk through those "Pearly Gates' and rest in peace.
