Obituary of Richard Don Hill
Richard Don “Skip” Hill was born January 24, 1947 to Bill L Hill and Polly Hill in Tulsa Oklahoma and passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the age of 69. Skip grew up on the westside of Tulsa and graduated from Webster High School in 1965. His work career included Safeway Stores Warehouse, The Tulsa World, and numerous years as an independent painting contractor. After retirement, he enjoyed fishing and spending time at Lake Tenkiller, volunteering at Contact Church for the past 9 years, working in the yard and reading,
Skip is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kay. He is also survived by his two daughters, Robyn Condreay of Tulsa and Erin Thompson and husband Shannon of Jenks; two grandchildren, Zachary Condreay and Hailey Thompson; brother-in-law Tommy Mattison; one nephew, Keith Mattison and one niece, Kim Davis, and several great nieces and great nephews. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law George and Fern Harvison and sister-in-law Carole Brown.
Skip was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Norma Barber and Carolyn Mattison, and niece Lori Partin and nephew Steven Partin.
Funeral Services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Park Plaza Church of Christ (5925 E. 51st St. Tulsa). Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Green Hill Funeral Home.
