My grandfather Ray was a very kind person, always went to his house when I was younger, got donuts with him, went on trips with him, he even visited our house! And my sister remembers him even though she was just a young child when she first saw Papa. He and I had a very close relationship which I think is still in contact despite him not being visibly with us, I miss him dearly. Hope Papa has a great time up in the clouds with my past family members that have passed in recent years, win a race in heaven Papa.

Shelley & Christy - we are sad at the loss of your Dad and grieve with you. He was a great neighbor and long after we moved from Cardinal Circle, he was still a friend and smiled, waved or stopped for a conversation. He was a kind neighbor and I'll never forget how he helped me get a young daughter out of the locked bathroom! He was a help & mentor to my son which was greatly appreciated. I know that "Daddy's girls" will miss him greatly. I love that you took care of him and honored him to the end. God bless you.

Although I graduated in 1961 I felt like I knew Raymond very well. I enjoyed our visits together and especially admired his dedication to school and his athletic ability. He was one of the most determined young man in every sport he participated. I know that he was a mentor to others and a very accomplished man.
