Obituary of Betty Jane Hill

Betty Jane (Keylon) Hill went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2016 at the age of 87. Betty was born November 5, 1929 in Kiefer, Oklahoma to parents Harvey Anderson Keylon and Zona Bell (Caudell) Keylon. She was one of 5 children, with siblings Owen Anderson Keylon, Gordon Earl Keylon, Marie (Keylon) Childress and Edna Pearl Keylon. She graduated from Kiefer High School in May of 1948. She worked at Bartlett Collins Glass from 1948 to 1952. Betty married Tom Edd Hill, Sr. on August 28, 1950. Betty served with her husband in the ministry for over 51 years in Kellyville, Weleetka, Yukon, Oklahoma City and Norman. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Tom Edd Hill, Sr. She leaves behind one son, Tom Edd Hill, Jr. and daughter-in-law Olivia, grandson Derek Hill and granddaughter Marissa (Hill) Fengler and her husband Justin Fengler. Betty was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all that knew her throughout her life. She touched thousands of lives as a pastor’s wife reaching to all but with special attention to those most in need. Having lived a life pleasing to God, she now gets to enjoy the rewards of his constant presence. Leaving us but still loved, missed but not forgotten, with tearful celebration we release her into your care. Funeral Services are scheduled at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
