William Bradford Payne Jr., was born in Muskogee, Ok on August 30, 1964 and passed away peacefully at home on September 8, 2012 in Oakhurst, Ok. He is survived by 4 children; LaDonna Woods of Cleveland, Ok Heather Payne of Tulsa, Ok. Bruce Payne of Tulsa, Ok and Brian Payne of Cleveland, Ok and 9 grandchildren. Bill was a loving father and will be greatly missed by all.
