Mindy Trubachik June 30, 1974 – March 11, 2017 Mindy was a 1992 graduate of Webster High School and is an alumni of Oklahoma State University. Mindy is survived by her parents Sue Ann and George Trubachik, her sister Audra and husband Greg Givens, two nieces, Corinne and Grace, and her partner, Melissa Rubiera.
