Obituary of ROBERT BOWEN

Robert (Bobby) Bowen was born October 22, 1960 to Bob and Kay Bowen in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. His life ended September 30, 2012 at his home in Sapulpa at the age of 51. Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Smith, his oldest son, Robert Bowen, grandmother, Julie Bowen, and his three grandfathers, Hugh Bowen, John Harris and Ed Cole. Bobby is survived by his son, Nathaniel of the home; son, Christopher; daughters, Rachell, Ana, Cynthia, Nicole, and Chelsea; seven grandchildren; brother, John Bowen and his wife, Faye; sisters Candis Brown and her husband, Tony, Angie Carmen and her husband, Chris, Debbie Neumann and her husband, Mike; fathers, Bob Bowen of Okmulgee and Henry Smith of Mounds; grandmother, Sue Cole of Beggs and girlfriend, Dawn Hutchinson. Bobby spent his life as a fitter welder. Bobby enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a World Champion Kick Boxer, 4th degree black belt karate instructor. He loved skydiving, riding motorcycles and just about anything for a thrill. Memorial service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel.
